Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our merchant partnerships and drive customer acquisition through on-ground activities. This role plays a key part in strengthening merchant relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive customer acquisition through merchant partnerships and generated leads.

Execute offline marketing activities, including in-store branding, stickers, and table tents to enhance Halan’s visibility.

Conduct training sessions for merchants to ensure proper understanding and activation of products and services.

Maintain consistent brand presence across all assigned merchant locations.

Act as the main point of contact for merchants, ensuring smooth transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

0–1 years of experience in sales, support, or a related field.
