Field Technician

Visit customer locations daily to inspect, diagnose, and repair fans and home appliances.

Perform troubleshooting, part replacement, and on-site repairs as per company standards.

Record complaint details, work performed, and parts used, ensuring accurate documentation.

Coordinate with the Service Center team for timely complaint closure and parts availability.

Guide customers on product usage, maintenance, and preventive care.

Maintain and manage service tools, equipment, and field kits in proper condition.

Report recurring or major issues to the technical team for product improvement and follow-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs43,000.00 per month

• Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:
