Techneed is Hiring: FIGMA DESIGNER

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-converting, visually compelling landing pages that align with brand strategy and user experience principles
• Create intuitive and modern UI/UX designs for web and digital platforms
• Develop structured, persuasive, and visually impactful pitch decks and presentations
• Translate client briefs and business goals into clean, user-centered design solutions
• Maintain design consistency and visual hierarchy across all digital touchpoints
• Refine and revise designs based on internal and client feedback
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are practical, functional, and on-brand
• Develop reusable design components and maintain organized Figma files and systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Digital Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, UI/UX work, and pitch decks
• Strong command of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to design clean, modern, and conversion-focused digital experiences
• Experience designing structured and persuasive presentations/pitch decks
• Good communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and creative thinking

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Shift: Evening & Night

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
