Graphic & Web Designer (Figma, UI/UX)

Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Graphic & Web Designer (Figma, UI/UX) who can create visually compelling designs and modern website interfaces for digital platforms.

In this role, you will design high-quality graphics, social media creatives, and website UI layouts in Figma. You will collaborate closely with WordPress and Shopify developers to ensure designs are structured and ready for pixel-perfect development using tools such as Elementor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics, banners, product visuals, and branding assets
• Create engaging social media graphics for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Design modern website UI layouts in Figma for websites and landing pages
• Structure Figma files to enable pixel-perfect development in WordPress (Elementor) or Shopify
• Work closely with WordPress and Shopify developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs
• Prepare developer-ready design files, components, style guides, and design systems
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Ensure strong usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
• Maintain consistent brand identity across websites and digital platforms
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate design workflows, generate creative concepts, and improve productivity
• Stay updated with modern web design trends, UI/UX practices, and emerging design technologies
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing website UI designs and graphic design work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing web interfaces ready for WordPress (Elementor) or Shopify development
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Good understanding of web layout structures, grids, spacing, and typography
• Experience collaborating with developers and product teams
• Familiarity with AI design tools and modern productivity tools to improve workflow efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
