Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software like QuickBooks
  • Manage incoming calls through multi-line phone systems, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them appropriately
  • Support office management by coordinating calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and managing time-sensitive tasks
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before filing or distribution
  • Ensure all filing systems are up-to-date, secure, and easily accessible for team members

Requirements

  • Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members
  • Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is desirable but not required
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional office management or personal assistant experience is beneficial

Pay: $21.68 - $26.11 per hour
