Filed Technical Support Engineer(pre-Sales)

About the Role

We are hiring a Field Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for our veterinary imaging systems, primarily AIR.1 veterinary CBCT and AIR.3 portable X-ray solutions.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, and field-based problem solving.

This is a technical support role, not a sales position.

What You Will Do

Travel to customer sites to provide on-site installation and technical support
Assist with system setup, calibration, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting
Diagnose hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs
Support customer training on system operation and basic maintenance
Act as a technical bridge between customers and CI’s global engineering teams
Document service activities and provide structured feedback to headquarters

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
3+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or application engineering
Strong hands-on skills with electro-mechanical or imaging systems
Willingness to travel frequently within the United States
Strong communication skills and customer-facing mindset
Fluency in English
