Job Summary:
The Filter Specialist will clean and maintain pool filters at client’s homes and associated facilities for the company.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Cleans and maintains pool filters for clients and associated facilities for the company.

Manually cleans pool filters at client’s homes based on assigned cleaning schedule.

Cleaning may involve backwashing, dismantling and deep cleaning of filters.

Completes and maintains daily logs per branch requirements.
- Resolves client or customer problems.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
-
Extensive understanding of swimming pool filters.
-
Mechanical and manual labor skills related to aquatic facilities and equipment.

Math skills to calculate chemical additives and ratios.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain logs and records.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Must have adequate sight and hearing to properly interpret water analysis, equipment readings, and complete recordkeeping.

Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning filters.
