About the Role:

We are looking for experienced and results-driven Final Expense Verifiers and Closers to join our on-site BPO team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in final expense life insurance campaigns and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. You will play a key role in verifying qualified leads and converting them into successful policy sales while maintaining compliance and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

For Final Expense Verifiers (Mid-Level):

  • Engage with potential clients over outbound or inbound calls to verify interest and eligibility for final expense insurance plans.
  • Confirm client details and gather necessary information to qualify leads for the sales closing team.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of verified leads in the CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with company and campaign-specific scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the closing team to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Meet daily and weekly verification targets.

For Closers:

  • Conduct final presentations with qualified prospects to close final expense insurance sales.
  • Explain policy benefits, coverage options, and pricing clearly and effectively.
  • Handle client objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Ensure all sales meet compliance, disclosure, and documentation requirements.
  • Follow up with clients as needed to finalize the sale and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with verifiers and management to optimize conversion ratios.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Final Expense Insurance or related BPO sales campaigns (U.S. market preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral or U.S. accent.
  • Proven ability to verify, qualify, and close insurance or financial product leads.
  • Knowledge of insurance compliance protocols and telesales best practices.
  • Goal-oriented, disciplined, and team-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, Google Sheets, call tools, etc.).
