Sales Junior Closer (Final Expense Verifier)

J.Sons Communications is a US Campaign Based Call Center so that is why we only work in the night shift. Looking Forward to Hire those who are good in communication skills that would be of English. Experience Agents will be preferred, Those who have Experience on Final Expense can get good salary in here while working for our company secondly apart from basic salary we do have daily, monthly and weekly cash incentives potential earning could be till 136k.

A closer in a call center is responsible for the following job duties:

• Contacting potential customers through outbound calls and emails to generate sales leads.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers to increase sales opportunities.
• Closing sales deals over the phone and email by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints or concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
• Continuously updating product and industry knowledge to stay current and competitive.
• Collaborating with other team members to develop sales strategies and improve sales processes.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to think on their feet. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and be able to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude. Additionally, it's good if they have experience working in a sales or call center environment.

Candidate must be a resident of Rawalpindi/ Islamabad
