Position: Sales and Support Specialist

Location: PWD Housing Society, Islamabad, Pakistan

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Support Specialist to join BroadDigix. In this role, you will engage with customers to drive sales, provide exceptional support, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for communicative, goal-oriented professionals who enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend BroadDigix’s technology solutions to meet those needs.
  • Actively promote services through personalized outreach, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide troubleshooting, onboarding assistance, and post-sale support for BroadDigix’s services.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Gather feedback to improve services and share insights with the team.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align on campaigns and customer needs.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM's and similar tools.
