Final Expense Insurance Sales Experts (High Commission | Experienced Closers Only)

About the Role

Spantronics is building a high-performance Final Expense sales team focused on the U.S. market. We are looking for experienced insurance sales agents who know how to close deals, handle objections, and perform under pressure.

If you’ve been selling Final Expense or Life Insurance and know how to turn conversations into policies, this is a serious opportunity to scale your income.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Final Expense or Life Insurance sales
• Proven ability to close policies consistently
• Strong American accent & communication skills
• High energy, confident, and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to dial and stay productive for 6–7 hours daily
• Excellent objection handling and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to PKR 20,000 per policy sale (high commission structure)
