Position: Final Expense Policy Closer (FE Closer)

Location: Clifton (Onsite)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to PKR 180,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Final Expense (FE) Closers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in closing final expense policies and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently

* Close final expense insurance policies in a timely manner

* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement

* Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Final Expense Closer

* Demonstrated ability to close an average of 2 policies per day

* Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
