Position: Sales Closer - Front Upsells

Job description:

  • Mode: Onsite - Full Time
  • Working days: Monday - Friday
  • Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Role Overview:

Handle warm inbound leads from international markets, qualify prospects, conduct sales conversations, and close front-end upsells efficiently while maintaining high communication and closing standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle warm inbound Bark.com leads (international markets)
  • Quickly and efficiently qualify leads
  • Conduct sales calls or chats with potential clients
  • Close front-end upsells and maximize conversions
  • Sell and position digital services products (e.g., web Development, SEO, Logo Design, etc.) to international clients

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with Bark.com leads (preferred / strong plus
  • Prior experience selling digital services is mandator
  • Proven track record in closing high-ticket digital services deals
  • Clear English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
  • Comfort in selling to international clients
  • Time-zone flexibility

Education: Intermediate - Bachelors

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
