Finance & Accounting Executive

Aramed - Riyadh is looking for Finance & Accounting executive with minimum 5 years experience . Candidate should have exposure in handling AR, AP, GL, Tax. Knowledge on Odoo is an added advantage. Willing to accomplish the company objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes to add value and improve an organization’s operations.

Account Opening: -

Authorized to create payables accounts and related ledgers to payables in ERP with authorization from Line Manager and final approval from Group Financial controller.

Transaction Posting: -

Posting purchase orders, GRN, purchase invoices, purchase returns for inventory related to local, foreign supplier and related parties.

Posting for inter group sales order, Invoices, delivery notes and sales return related to inventory.

Posting for clearing cost, custom, freight cost related to inventory clearance.

Posting payments made to local and foreign suppliers, and clearing agent and custom.

Process & Verification: -

Verify the document submission by procurement department.

Responsible to maintain and cross check the documentation of inventory clearance and purchase as provided by procurement and store person (example: LPO, supplier invoice, supplier DO, custom clearing document).

Inventory provision costing reconciliation with actual cost.

Document preparation for Inventory and related suppliers for payment approval from Line Manager and Group Financial Controller.

Reporting & Analysis: -

Supplier advance account reconciliation

Supplier account balance reconciliations [inventory and clearing agents]

Payment schedule for Inventory and related suppliers

Inventory and suppliers Ageing Report

Inventory analysis for slow moving, fast moving & expired item

Cost price analysis of different supplier.

Clearing cost analysis on the basis of order, freight etc.

Any assignment given on Adhoc basis from Group Financial Controller on mutually agreed to complete on specific deadline.

Arabic speaking candidate with experience in Medical Distribution organization is preferred
