Position Title: Finance & Accounts Executive

Location: Faisalabad

As a Finance & Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting internal and external audits. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and taxation laws. The Accounts Officer will collaborate closely with procurement, HR, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial operations and compliance with local regulations.

This role reports to Manager Accounts & Taxation.

What you will do:

  • Accounts & Financial Reporting – Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis. Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Taxation – Responsible for assisting in filing tax returns, including Income Tax, and Withholding Tax, in compliance with local laws. They maintain comprehensive tax records and documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements, liaise with tax consultants and relevant authorities when needed, and actively monitor changes in tax laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Audit & Compliance – Supports internal and external audits by providing all necessary documentation and clear explanations. They ensure strict compliance with company policies, applicable accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they are responsible for implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial assets and ensure operational integrity.
  • Others – Assists in, ensuring accurate calculation and deduction of applicable taxes. Additionally, they provide valuable support in financial and taxation analysis and contribute to informed decision-making processes within the organization.


What you will bring:

  • Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA, ACMA, CA or Master’s degree in accounting/finance
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles. Good Understanding IFRS as well as local statutory reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
