Finance & Accounting Fresh Graduate (UAE Nationals only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Fresh Graduate to join our team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to financial reporting, accounting operations, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Support in preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support during audits and assist in gathering required information.
• Conduct research and analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Perform other ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional finance environment.
