Finance & Accounts Executive

Kuala, India

The Accountant will manage all financial transactions and records for Zera Noya. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear financial reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Record-Keeping:

  • Manage the daily recording of all financial transactions, including sales revenue, bank deposits, and cash handling.
  • Maintain the General Ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and timely.
  • Perform weekly bank and POS / online sales reconciliations.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Process and pay vendor invoices (Accounts Payable) in a timely manner.
  • Manage and track customer accounts (b2b sales).

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyse weekly & monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost of goods sold (COGS), labor costs, and operational expenses.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance against the budget

Payroll Support:

  • Process monthly payroll & applicable tax forms.
  • Ensure compliance with all state payroll regulations.

Tax & Compliance:

  • Manage and file GST tax & TDS, other regulatory filings accurately and on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
