Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Description

Working closely with the Business Head in rolling out finance schemes and making comparisons with competition so that the overall cost remains within ABP. Responsible for the verification of Key MIS against various checks & balances applied for consumer schemes
Efficiently manage the working capital of the business by timely adjustment of receivables against Vendor payables
Responsible for the preparation of Branch branch-level gross margin with correct allocation of all S&D costs and making a comparison with the previous year, same month & ABP. Highlighting the key reasons to stakeholders for improvement.
Monitor the cost of Sales and alert the operating head if the costs are beyond acceptable norms, and ensure that Margins are maintained within ABP across the year
Support for effective Inventory Management; assist the sales team in fast/slow and non-movement of socks and liquidation of slow and non-movement stocks
Create & update Rebate Agreements for Channel Partners in SAP towards Quantity / Additional / Annual Discounts that are announced by Operating Head periodically
Prepare product Price list for existing and new products as per Market conditions & to release price lists to the field & to upload the same in SAP
Monitor and approve the credit limits for the Channel partners according to their past performance
Maintain good relationships with Channel Partners / Customers and resolve their claims and queries
Arrange Balance Confirmation letters from Channel Partners / OEM Customers on a quarterly basis
Meet audit requirements & comply accordingly within the timelines given by the corporate
S&D Expenses and TOPEX Elements pertain to marketing to be in line with ABP
Adherence to DOA
Compliance with audit requirements
Timely payment to Suppliers/vendors/ Dealers
