Company Overview:

Established in 2018, LF Automation is a leading Manufacturer and Trader of premium electrical components including Panel Meters, Electrical Connectors, Push Buttons, Insulators, Copper Pin Type Lugs, Panel Locks, and Indicators. Role Objective:

To manage and oversee the complete accounting, taxation, and financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective cost control across manufacturing and trading activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage full accounting operations in Tally, including Sales, Purchase, Journal, Banking, and Inventory entries.
  • Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly and annual financial books.
  • Maintain ledgers, reconciliations, and detailed financial records.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns on time.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory norms and company accounting policies.
  • Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for audits, assessments, and finalization of accounts.

3. Vendor & Payment Management

  • Maintain and verify vendor details, terms, and payments.
  • Review bills, supporting documents, and authorizations before posting.
  • Manage transport and purchase-related accounting.
  • Track purchase and operational expenses, suggesting cost-saving measures.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Generate financial reports and provide analytical inputs to management.
  • Maintain proper documentation and statutory records.
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Factory, and Sales departments for seamless financial control.
  • Support vendor onboarding and ensure smooth coordination with suppliers.

5. Team Leadership & Process Accuracy

  • Supervise and guide accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive consistency, accountability, and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure financial data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting for manufacturing/trading companies.
  • Complete and hands-on knowledge of Tally software is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Willing to adapt and learn additional accounting tools or systems if required.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
