Job Role: Finance /Accounts Manager

Experience - Min 10+ years in the same Min 5 years of Managerial experience required

Department: Finance & Accounting

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including payables, receivables, ledger, and reconciliations
  • Prepare Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and MIS reports
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Handle BGs, LCs, and bank/loan documentation
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and respond to assessments
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
  • Maintain tax documentation and timely filings
  • Lead and supervise the finance team for accurate financial closure
  • Collaborate with projects and management for cost and cash flow planning
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls

Preferred candidate profile

  • M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
  • 10+ years experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in Construction/Infrastructure/Manufacturing
  • Strong in financial & project accounting, taxation, budgeting, cost control, and audit compliance
  • Proficient in ERP / Tally and MS Excel
  • Experience with Bank Guarantees (BGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), loan documentation, and tender/contract accounting
  • Proven team leadership and supervision skills
  • Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
