Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounts operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide insightful analysis to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations, financial statements, and MIS reporting
• Conduct P&L analysis, balance sheet reviews, and monthly closing
• Ensure GST and other statutory compliance
• Handle AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG or e-commerce is required
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting
• Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

➤ Experience in import/export documentation and compliance.
➤ Knowledge of MIS reporting & advanced Excel.
➤ Prior experience in e-commerce setup is a plus.
