Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Training & Academic Manager – Finance & Accounting with strong expertise in SAP, hands-on training experience, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will lead curriculum development, faculty training, and ensure top-quality academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update training content for Financial Accounting, Tally Prime, GST, Advanced Excel, and related modules
• Deliver advanced training sessions to students and faculty
• Lead, mentor, and manage the faculty team to maintain high teaching standards
• Monitor academic performance and implement improvements
• Ensure academic quality, compliance, and alignment with industry trends
• Stay updated on accounting, taxation, and financial software advancements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com (mandatory); CA Inter (attempt) preferred
• Strong knowledge in Accounting, GST, Taxation, TDS, Income Tax, Tally Prime, Advanced Excel
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory
• Proven experience in training, curriculum design, and academic leadership
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage teams and ensure high-quality academic delivery
