About the Role:
Alpha Corporation is looking for a proactive and passionate Finance & Admin Offcer with a background in commerce and finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance, accounting and company operations with the confidence to take initiative and solve problems after pattern recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Oversee general office operations and coordination
- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and office supplies
- Handle administrative matters as assigned by managers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Office operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing Finance and Accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence to work independently and handle field responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
