Under close supervision, the Finance Analyst 1, performs a variety of assignments requiring the knowledge and ability to select and apply standard financial techniques, procedures and criteria.
What You Can Expect:

Perform basic statistical, cost and financial analysis using various financial systems.

Process financial reports for forecasting, trending and result analysis.

Assist in the preparation of operational budgets, review and analyze departmental budget requests.

Assist with monitoring of budget expenditures and prepare written reports and analysis.

Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide information to resolve problems concerning variance from approved budgets.
-
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree
