The Finance Analyst will be dedicated to handle the full finance function of the company's accounting, invoicing, payables/receivables and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Financial statement preparation and analysis
- VAT and corporate tax compliance
- Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software (e.g., Xero / Zoho)
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses and profitability.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and forecasted results.
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
- Partner with account managers to track budgets, margins, and billing schedules.
- Analyze client profitability, resource utilization, and campaign ROI.
- Provide financial insights to optimize pricing strategies and contract terms.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership.
- Present actionable insights on revenue trends, cost structures, and performance KPIs.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams to align financial goals with strategic initiatives.
- Help implement systems and processes that improve financial visibility and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, as well as other accounting, MS Office and database software (e.g., Xero / Zoho)
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to self-direct and problem solve
- Comfortable learning new software
