Job Description – MIS Executive / Financial Analyst

Location: Vashi

Experience Required:

Overall: 3–4 years

Relevant: 2–3 years in MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Accounts background preferred. MBA in Finance

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:

Prepare, compile, and present daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

Develop dashboards and analytical reports for management decision-making

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Support in annual budgeting process

Work on financial forecasting, variance analysis and cost tracking

Costing & Analysis:

Perform costing activities and profitability analysis

Identify financial trends and highlight key performance insights

Accounts Support:

Basic working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial data

Skills Required:

Advanced Excel (mandatory): Pivot tables, V-lookups, dashboards, financial formulas

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Ability to interpret data and prepare meaningful insights

Detail-oriented, organized, and good with timelines

Good communication and presentation skills
