Position Summary
The F&A MGR. is responsible for managing all accounting functions such as Accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts reconciliation, cash reconciliation, payroll, HR & benefits (limited), financial reporting to the board, member account services and other general office duties as needed. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service to members, guests, and vendors. The ideal candidate will help ensure the financial integrity of the country club operations while maintaining positive relationships with vendors, staff, and members.
Key Responsibilities

· General office duties as needed
· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
· Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues or payment status
· Clearly document all records
General task for Accounts Payable & Receivable
· Match invoices to purchase orders and receive documentation
· Prepare and process weekly check runs or electronic payments
· Maintain vendor files and ensure proper documentation
· Generate member and customer invoices for golf fees, memberships, events, and services
· Post payments including cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic payments
· Monitor outstanding balances and perform collection follow-ups as needed
· Reconcile daily deposits with POS and accounting systems
· Maintain accurate records of member accounts and payment histories
Accounting & Administrative Duties
· Month-end closing processes
· Reconcile general ledger accounts related to AP/AR
· Maintain organized financial records and documentation
· Financial reporting and audits as needed
· Provide board solutions to financial inquiries or account research
· Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business administration, or equivalent experience
· Minimum 5 to 7 years’ accounting experience, finance
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
· Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in hospitality, golf course, club, or recreational operations
· Familiarity with POS systems and membership billing systems
· Experience with accounting platforms

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment within a golf course facility. Occasional interaction with members, guests, vendors, and operational staff is required.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications and may include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and club membership as applicable.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
