Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I Manager)

Clay Cooley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dallas is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high-volume dealership team. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who understands lender relationships, compliance requirements, and how to present protection products while delivering a great customer experience.

This role is responsible for managing the full finance process from lender approvals to final contract delivery while maximizing product penetration and maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the dealership finance process including lender approvals, structuring deals, and contract funding
• Present and sell finance and protection products including service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products
• Work directly with lenders to secure competitive financing for customers
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations including TILA and dealership policies
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and oversee title and funding processes
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process
• Provide a professional and transparent finance experience that builds customer trust
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Finance Manager or F&I experience required
• Strong knowledge of auto financing, lender programs, and deal structuring
• Proven track record of product penetration and deal closing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced dealership environment
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and finance software

Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
