Role Overview

We are hiring a female Finance & Operations Assistant with 3–4 years of proven UAE experience in both accounts and logistics/operations. This is a dual-role position, requiring someone detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

• Manage day-to-day accounting using Zoho Books (invoicing, payments, reconciliations).
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports.
• Support P&L tracking, expense monitoring, and vendor settlements.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners for financial compliance.

Operations & Logistics

• Coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
• Manage purchase orders, order processing, and operational documentation.
• Track inventory and assist with stock management.
• Prepare MIS reports covering both operations and finance.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of UAE experience in finance/accounts and logistics/operations (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Books.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidate currently based in the UAE.
• Prior exposure to the ELV/security industry will be an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
