The Finance Assistant will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, assisting in data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Help process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Support monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Maintain and organize financial files and documentation
- Track and reconcile petty cash and office expenditures
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers on payment-related queries
- Provide administrative support to the Finance and Accounting team
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls
- Perform various other finance duties as required by the business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Commerce
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Knowledge of or exposure to accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Sage, CRM) is an advantage
- Familiarity with financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers
