Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and management of financial documents and reports.
  • Process invoices, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

  • Support the finance team in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to company records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Help identify financial discrepancies and propose corrective measures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for financial reconciliation issues.
  • Participate in financial audits and prepare audit documentation as needed.

Requirements
  • A bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting, with relevant responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using finance and accounting software tools efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis.
