The Finance Associate will support day‑to‑day financial operations, reporting, and analysis. The role is ideal for candidates with CMA certification, US‑certified experience, or strong academic qualifications such as an MBA. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and monthly closing activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and documentation.
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance activities.
• Analyze financial trends and provide insights to management.
• Maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• CMA certification (mandatory).
• Experience with US‑based financial standards or processes is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or related field.
• Experience in home‑country finance roles (any country) is acceptable.
• Freshers with strong academic background or internships are welcome.
