Finance Associate Attorney (Dallas)

Sheppard Mullin, an AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a junior-level associate (2-3 years) to join the Finance team in Dallas.

The Finance practice of Sheppard Mullin has been a key element of the firm's practice since its founding. As part of a large, broad-based commercial law firm, our Commercial Lending and Financial Transactions team is comprised of attorneys specializing in all facets of financial transactions. We bring a team of fully engaged advisors with the legal and practical problem-solving skills necessary to execute.

This role will have direct client contact and many opportunities for business development, exceptional training, and career development. The group's clients consist of financial institutions, private credit funds, and private equity funds.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Executing finance transactions and credit agreements
• Lender-side and/or borrower-side leveraged finance experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 2-3 years of experience working on varied finance transactions
