- hartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- –10 years of relevant experience in FP&A or business finance roles, preferably in the retail sector.

- xcellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in financial systems and tools.

- xperience with ERP tools like Oracle/SAP is essential.
