On behalf of World-famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for a detail-oriented Core Finance Partner for Marketing Department to join the team.


Chinese language is mandatory.


As the core finance partner for the Marketing department, you will be responsible for professional financial analysis, budget control, resource allocation, and performance insights. You will provide strong financial support for the development of marketing strategies, execution of marketing campaigns, and improvement of return on investment (ROI), ensuring that marketing activities maximize business value while maintaining financial health.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Support & Strategic Partnership

- Serve as the dedicated finance interface for the Marketing department, participating in marketing strategy planning, annual/quarterly business planning meetings, and providing professional financial perspectives and advice.

- Conduct pre-event financial assessments, in-process cost tracking, and post-event ROI analysis for key marketing initiatives such as new product launches, brand campaigns, channel activities, and digital marketing.


2. Forecast Management

- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts for the Marketing department, ensuring alignment between budgets and business strategies.

- Dynamically track budget execution, deeply analyze variances between actuals and budgets, identify potential risks, and propose optimization recommendations.

- Manage the application, review, and settlement processes for marketing expenses, ensuring compliance, reasonableness, and effectiveness of all expenditures.


3. Performance Analysis

- Conduct regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) efficiency analyses of marketing expenses, providing in-depth interpretation of the financial results and business impact of various marketing activities.
