Required:

3-4 years automotive finance business processes with focus on call center activities (Customer Service and Collection processes).

1-3 years Business Analyst experience, on large and complex projects.

1-2 years business process analysis and documentation.

1-2 years project management and facilitation activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting or Economics.

Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering.

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.

Strong facilitation skills to manage business process workshops.
-
Ability to capture and document detailed business requirements.
-
Develop instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
-
Work independently.
-
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to adjust communication to accommodate diverse audiences.

Coordinate and track tasks with multiple departments.
-
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
-
ALM experience preferred.

Software Skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint).
Responsibilities:
-
Mapping and documentation of all internal Finance & Controlling processes relative to the launch of a new Retail and Lease Portfolio system in 2016.
-
Identify process and data gaps and support User Acceptance Testing and End User Training activities associated with the project.

Work closely with Finance & Controlling, business, and IT to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows.
-
Development of clear and detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirements.
-
Develop diverse exhaustive use-case scenarios to test the design of the new system.
-
Perform and document User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality.
-
Assist the project team in prioritizing and managing requirements.
-
Assist in the development and documentation of instructional training documents.
-
Identifying issues and risks for business and IT.
