Finance Career Acceleration Program

DESIGNED FOR FINANCE PROFESSIONALS WITH A FEW YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WHO ARE READY TO GROW BEYOND THEIR CURRENT SCOPE.

We’re launching a 24-month, fast-track Finance Development Program designed for finance professionals with approximately 3–5 years of experience, typically gained in audit, advisory or consulting environments.

The program offers structured rotation across two core finance functions—Credit & Collections and Accounting & Tax—where participants take ownership of meaningful deliverables from day one and gain broad exposure within a corporate finance organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Program length: 24months

Year 1 – Credit & Collections

Assess and set customer credit limits, monitor portfolio risk and drive DSO and overdue reduction.
Lead cash application and dispute resolution with Sales & Customer Service.
Analyze customer payment behavior and implement policy/process improvements.
Active participation on reconciliation process with customer
Contribute to regional working-capital projects and governance.

Year 2 – Accounting & Tax
Support monthly and year-end close, GL integrity, and IFRS/local GAAP compliance.
Prepare or review statutory and management reports; liaise with external auditors.
Coordinate indirect and direct tax filings, reconciliations, and documentation.
Identify automation opportunities (e.g., SAP, Power BI, RPA) and drive process standardization.
Prepare short and mid-term cash flow forecasts and conduct liquidity planning.
Manage bank relationships including credit lines, guarantees, POS and payment infrastructure.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in Audit and/or Consulting firms
• Solid understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and core tax principles.
• Familiarity with credit risk/AR topics and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI (or similar) is an advantage.
• Fluent English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative, analytical, and curious mindset with the courage to challenge the status quo.
• International exposure through studies, internships or working experience (preferred)
• Mobility to rotate across functions
• Resident in Istanbul
