Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from reputable universities,
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification (SMMM / YMM / CPA or equivalent accreditation)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management and leadership roles,
• Strategic mindset with the ability to support company growth objectives through financial vision,
• Strong capability to foresee and manage financial risks, with active involvement in decision-making processes,
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams,
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders,
• Open to change, with a mindset to create innovative financial solutions,
• Analytical, results-oriented, and able to drive the corporate vision forward.

Job Description

• Ensure that financial statements and reports are prepared in accordance with relevant regulations (BDDK regulations, Uniform Chart of Accounts, etc.).
• Oversee the accurate and timely recording of income, expenses, bank, and current account transactions, and manage reconciliation processes,
• Ensure the correct and timely submission of tax declarations and official notifications (VAT, withholding tax, stamp duty, BITT, RUSF, corporate tax, etc.).
• Manage year-end closing, e-ledger, and book certification processes,
• Provide regular monthly and quarterly profitability, tax liability, and financial performance reports to senior management,
• Represent the company before public authorities and professional institutions within the scope of responsibilities.
