Finance Manager

Finance Manager is responsible for managing the clinic’s financial operations in compliance with Saudi regulations, ensuring accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning. This role provides leadership and guidance to the finance team and supports decision-making to maintain the clinic’s financial health.

• In-depth knowledge of Saudi tax laws, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Expertise in revenue cycle, patient billing, insurance claims, and cash flow management.
• Ability to monitor expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in ERP/clinic management software and advanced Excel for reporting and dashboards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Strong decision-making and strategic planning capabilities.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, healthcare financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP/clinic management systems and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, effective team management, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management skills.
