Finance Manager

Position Overview

As the Finance Manager, you will spearhead the financial operations of our organization. Your responsibility will be to drive strong financial performance, implement robust control mechanisms, and contribute strategic insights to support company growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital optimization, and financial risk mitigation.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise accounting functions—accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Establish and maintain internal control frameworks and financial policies.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and sales teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field; CFA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, ideally including management-level responsibilities.
• Strong command over financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, Quickbooks) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
