Head Of Finance

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented Head of Finance to lead and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, compliance, and reporting. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Finance will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the long-term financial health and growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals. Lead the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights to the executive team and board. Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risk. Oversee audits, tax planning, and compliance with all financial regulations.Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets. Partner with department heads to optimize cost efficiency and financial performance.Present financial reports to stakeholders, including variance analyses and performance metrics. Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and tools. Qualifications and Requirements:

• CA Qualified, ACCA or ICMA
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience with financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
