VirtuCruit is partnering with a leading Saudi group to appoint a Finance Director for an automotive platform in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Finance Director will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring strong governance during pre-launch and post-launch phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies and models for the platform.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations.
• Manage investor relations and board-level reporting.
• Implement internal controls and governance frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years in financial leadership.
• CPA, CMA, or CFA certification preferred.
• Automotive or platform-based industry experience advantageous.
