Job Description:
The Finance Director will lead financial strategy and operations to ensure strong performance against budgets and long-term goals, support CEO decision-making, maintain financial integrity, and safeguard compliance while strengthening stakeholder confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Financial
- Monitor financial performance vs. budget/strategy to guide corrective actions and ensure sustainable growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and cost control to secure resources and optimize profitability.
- Manage accounting, reporting, audits, and tax compliance to guarantee accuracy, transparency, and legal adherence.
- Direct treasury, AR/AP, investments, and asset management to maintain liquidity and maximize returns.
- Implement and oversee rigorous cost control measures specific to the F&B industry, including management of cost of goods sold (COGS), inventory, and operational waste to enhance margins.
Strategic & Business
- Provide financial analysis for expansions and investments to support sound business decisions and risk management.
- Develop financial models, plans, and forecasts to enable informed long-term strategy setting.
- Contribute to policy and cross-functional initiatives to align financial priorities with organizational objectives.
Leadership
- Set team objectives and monitor performance to ensure accountability and consistent delivery.
- Mentor staff, implement training, and succession planning to build capability and future leadership strength.
- Foster teamwork and high performance to drive efficiency and a results-driven culture.
Financial Outcomes
- Deliver timely, accurate reports to support decision-making and investor confidence.
- Control variances and financial risks to protect company value and ensure budget discipline.
Qualifications:

Bachelors in Finance/Accounting/Economics (MBA preferred).

10-15 years in Senior Finance roles.

Accounting standards, tax law, SAP/QuickBooks/Excel.

Proven experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is a must, with a deep understanding of its financial metrics.
