Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Executive to manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring accurate accounting, budget management, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Maintain and update financial databases and records.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.
• Assist in the implementation of financial controls and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (entry-level candidates may be considered).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as BBA, BCOM. CA, CPA, CMA (or pursuing).
• Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, IT, banking].
