Position Overview:

As a Finance Executive at FinBus House, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations and supporting the strategic growth of our business initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise in finance while working closely with a dynamic team of professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, analyzing performance, and providing actionable insights that will drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports to management.
• Monitoring cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure efficient financial planning.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency.
• Supporting business development teams with financial models and feasibility studies.
• Maintaining accurate records and implementing best practices in financial management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CFA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Office Timing 11 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
