Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare cost reports, monitor expenses, and manage documentation for timely financial reporting and cost control.
* Support month-end closing activities including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and payroll accounting.
* Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register while tracking project and production-related expenses.
* Review and process travel and expense claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
* Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing required reports and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
* Generate accurate financial data, reports, and insights for management decision-making.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes by consolidating data and assisting in variance analysis.
* Ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim s financial procedures and corporate governance standards.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 0 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in entertainment, retail, or hospitality sectors.
* Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting systems (ERP experience preferred).
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and collaborate effectively across teams.
* Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
