Phoenix Travel Management (Pvt) Ltd is looking to hire a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Executive for our Blue Area, Islamabad office. Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and travel industry financial procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently managing finance operations in a travel agency environment.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Only candidates with travel trade / travel agency experience will be entertained
• Strong understanding of travel industry financial procedures (BSP, incentives, supplier payments, reconciliations, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with travel industry accounting systems (e.g., Catalyst) is an advantage
• Strong command of financial documentation, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field (required)
• MBA Finance / M.Com preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and meet strict deadlines
• Age bracket: 30–50 (males)
