Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to oversee salary processing, expense management, and daily financial tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records while supporting management with financial reporting and fund monitoring. The ideal candidate should be practical, reliable, and comfortable handling financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly salaries in coordination with HR
• Track and manage company funds and cash flow
• Handle refunds and financial reconciliations
• Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking
• Prepare financial summaries and reports for management
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in finance/accounts
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity with basic accounting software
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
• UAE experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
