Finance Executive

Level3 BOS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support and strengthen our financial operations. This role is essential in managing core financial processes, analyzing key data, and delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and present actionable insights to support leadership decisions.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and operational sustainability.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and analytical functions.
• Solid knowledge of financial terminology and accounting concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX, is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
