Job Title: Finance Executive

Human Capital is hiring on behalf of its client in the manufacturing sector. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with strong experience in accounts payable and financial operations. This is a priority position, and we are seeking candidates who can join promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records including creditors and debtors ledgers, sales, purchase, and cash journals

Process vendor invoices, debit/credit notes with complete verification of supporting documents, agreements, and quotations

Ensure timely disbursement of vendor advances in line with approved terms and proper authorization

Manage import-related advances and ensure timely settlement in accounts

Analyze delays in payment processing across departments/vendors and implement corrective actions

Accurately classify, code, and record financial transactions in the general ledger

Assist in internal and external audits and support compliance reviews related to accounts payable

Qualifications & Experience:

ACCA / ACMA / MBA (Finance) / CIMA

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred)

Strong experience in accounts payable is highly desirable

Must be based in Karachi

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Sound knowledge of Pakistan tax laws

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
